Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical observation and nursing care of the patients with the nasal and the surrounding defects repaired by nasal reconstruction.MethodsA total of 20 patients with the nasal and the surrounding defects were treated by nasal reconstruction in our hospital. The nursing and observation were carried out from the aspects of preoperative preparation, postoperative nursing, diet guidance, psychological support and so on.Results20 patients underwent comprehensive standardized nursing during the perioperative period, achieved high patient satisfaction, no complications, patients were cured and recovered well.ConclusionThe close observation and nursing of perioperative period of patients is the basis for the successful reconstruction of the nasal and the surrounding defects.关键词
