Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the quality control circle(QCC) in reducing the vascular crisis of free skin lfap.MethodsWe established the QCC group with the theme of reducing the incidence of vascular crisis in free skin lfaps. 70 patients of free skin flap surgery were randomly divided into two groups, in which of 32 patients were treated with the conventional care measures as the control group, in which of 38 patients were treated with the special care measures basis on quality control circle as the experimental group. The incidence of vascular crisis in patients with free lfap surgery was compared.关键词
