摘要
Abstract
Acnes is a disease caused by multiple factors,the current prevalent mechanisms contain hereditary factors,excessive sebum secretion,Hyperkeratosis of sebaceous gland duct,inlfammatory reaction of skin,propionibacterium acnes and androgen. However,Propionibacterium acnes has been regarded as one of the causes of illness in the past, it is gradually acknowledged that Propionibacterium acnes is not an independent pathogeny existing in the pathogenesis of acnes. Now this review is concerned about the pathogenesis and the development on Propionibacterium acnes so that we can ifnd a rational resolution and appropriate therapeutic schedule in the research.关键词
