牛源非脱羧勒克菌的分离鉴定及其耐药基因的检测
Isolation and identification of Leclercia adecarboxylata from cattle and detection of resistance gene
摘要
Abstract
In order to diagnose the pathogenic bacteria of death cattle,a dominant pathogenic strain was isolated from ascites of a dead cattle.The strain was identified as Leclercia adecarboxylata by 16S rDNAgene.The lung,epicardium,larynx of death cattle had obvious lesions in regression animal experiment.In the drug sensitivity test,macrolide and aminoside were significantly resistant to 15 antibiotics.And the macrolide resistance genes and aminoside resistance genes of L.adecarboxylata were positive.关键词
