野生动物园不同源性大肠杆菌耐药性及PFGE分型研究
Molecular typing through PFGE and detection of drug resistant of E.coli isolated from different sources in Safari Park

Abstract
To investigate the drug resistance and relative affinity of different sources of E.coli from Safari Park in Fuzhou,and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment in E.coli infections,resistance to eight antimicrobial drugs was tested against E.coli using broth microdilution method.Antibiotic resistance genes int Ⅰ 1,blaampC and gyrA were detected using PCR and further compared between strains through pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).The drug resistance rates of different sources of E.coli isolates from Safari Park was 84.30%,including the sulfamethoxazole antibiotic(66.94%),tetracycline(65.29%) and cefazolin(48.76%).2-4 antimicrobial resistance was mainly multidrug-resistant,accounted for 67.86%.A detection rate of int Ⅰ 1,gyrA and blaampC was 24.79%,83.47% and 85.95%,respectively.The PFGE results showed that the similarity coefficiency was mostly between 40%-75%,while some also showed 70%--75%.The overall drug resistance in the Safari Park was serious threat.Furthermore,int Ⅰ 1,blaampC and gyrA were correlated with multidrugresistance in E.coli.There was no epidemiological correlation among different sources.In addition,vertical transmission of resistant E.coli clones among Safari Park animals,environment,and human were not detected.关键词
