参芪多糖口服液对鸡空肠黏膜免疫功能的保护作用
Protective effects of Shenqi polysaccharide oral liquid on jejunal mucosal immunity in chickens

Abstract
In order to study the protective effects of Shenqi polysaccharide oral liquid on jejunal mucosal immunity of immunosuppressive chickens inducedwith cyclophosphamide(CY),configured polysaccharide oral liquid,180 0-day-old male chicks were randomly divided into 6 groups,including control group,CY group,three polysaccharide oral liquid groups(low dose group,medium dose group,and high dose group) and positive control group(levamisole group).On 10 day,the chicks in all groups except control groupwereintraperitonea11yinjectedwithCY80mg/(kg·d)for3days,andthesamevo1umeofphysio1ogical saline was given to control group.Then three polysaccharide oral liquid groups were administrated 75,150,and 300 mg/ (kg·d) for body weight Shenqi polysaccharide via gavage.The control group and the CY group were given physiological saline,and the positive control group was orally administered 20 mg/(kg.d) for levamisole,including 10-20 days,25-35 days.At the same time,the chicks in all groups were injected NDV-IBV-AIV(H9) vaccine on 14 day and 28 day.On 21 and 42 day,the spleen index and thymus index were detected.The changes of jejunal structure and the number of goblet cells were observed.The concentrations of immune cytokines(sIgA,IL-4 and IFN-γ) in jejunum mucosa were determined.These results indicated that the structure of the jejunal tract was observed.Compared with CY group,polysaccharide medium dose group could significantly increase the spleen index and thymus index,and polysaccharide high dose group could significantly increase the jejunal villus height,jejunal V/C value,jejunal muscle layer thickness,the number of goblet cells(P＜0.05) and concentrations of immune cytokines(sIgA,IL-4 and IFN-γ) in jejunal mucosa (P＜0.05).It was shown that Shenqi polysaccharide oral liquid antagonized the effects of CY on the damage of structure and immune function in jejunal mucosa.Shenqi polysaccharide oral liquid can promote the development of jejunal mucosa and therapeutic effectiveness of the immunity.关键词
