Abstract
Objective To assess the effects on myocardial protection of using Cardioprotection and HTK solution for adult car-diac surgery. Methods From February 2017 to April 2017, 40 valvular surgery cases were performed in our institute, including 20 ca-ses in Cardioprotection ( Hetkin) solution group and 20 cases in HTK( Custodiol) solution group. During cardiopulmonary bypass and after cardiac surgery, the primary endpoint was cardiac troponin I ( cTnI) levels. The second endpoints were creatine kinase ( CKMB) , postoperative 24 hours' lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), automatic rebeating rate, cardiopulmonary bypass time, clamping time, me-chanical ventilation time, intensive care unit time and hospital stay. Results The cTnI and CKMB levels were similar between the two groups. In the two groups, the cTnI, CKMB and LDH levels were not different after cardiac surgery. There was no difference in auto-matic rebeating rate between the two groups. There were no differences in the cardiopulmonary bypass time and clamping time. There were no differences in the time of mechanical ventilation, the duration of ICU and the length of hospital stay. Conclusion In adult car-diac surgery, the myocardial protective effects of Cardioprotection solution were similar to HTK solution.关键词
