不同眼位和屈光状态儿童视网膜血管管径的比较
Comparison of the retinal vascular calibers changes in children with different strabismus and different refractive status

Abstract
Objective To compare the retinal vascular calibers changes quantitatively in children with dif-ferent strabismus and different refractive status. Methods 95 orthophoria children 168 eyes and 143 strabismus children 265 eyes were enrolled to compare CRAE,CRVE and AVR. 40 esotropia children 73 eyes,84 exotropia children 159 eyes and 19 orthophoria children 33 eyes were enrolled to compare CRAE,CRVE and AVR in dif-ferent strabismus groups. 33 myopia children 59 eyes,31 hyperopia children 52 eyes and 31 emmetropia children 57 eyes were enrolled to compare CRAE,CRVE and AVR in different refractive status groups. Color fundus pho-tographs were taken in each eye of different groups. The retinal vascular calibers were measured using computer-assisted quantitative assessment software (IVAN). Independent-samples t test was performed to compare the CRAE, CRVE and AVR between normal children and strabismus children groups. One-way analysis of variance was per-formed to compare CRAE, CRVE and AVR in children with different strabismus and different refractive status. Results There were no significant differences on CRAE,CRVE and AVR between normal and strabismus children, values were 0.157, 0.437, and 0.310,respectively. There were no significant differences on CRAE,CRVE and AVR among the different strabismus groups, values were 0.214,0.201,and 0.733,respectively. There were no significant differences on CRAE, CRVE and AVR among the different refractive status groups, values were 0.935,0.988,and 0.928,respectively. Conclusions There were no differences of the retinal vascular calibers among the different refractive status and strabismus children.关键词
