Abstract
Objective To enhance the understanding of pediatric blepharokeratoconjunctivitis through analyzing the cause of misdiagnosis of it. Methods 2 misdiagnosis cases of pediatric blepharokeractoconjunctivitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results One case was misdiagnosis as viral keratitis, the other was misdiagnosis as vernal keractocon-junctivitis. Two cases had signs of blepharitis, and were diagnosed as BKC. The treatment were effective. Conclusions The pediatric BKC has a high incidence. Careful examination of eyelids margin will increase the diagnostic rate and early treatment can avoid severe lesion of vision.关键词
