局麻辅助镇静镇痛药物在斜视手术中的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the strabismus surgery effect under local anesthesia with sedative and analgesic drugs and simple local anesthesia. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 178 cases that were operated under simple local anesthesia from Dec.2010 to Dec.2012, 283 cases that were operated under local anesthesia with sedative and analgesic drugs from Jan.2013 to Sep.2016, and then compare the VRS, operating time and clinical cure rate. Results The VRS of the combined anesthesia group were significantly lower than those in the local anesthesia group ( <0.05). The single muscle operating time of local anesthesia group is (27.13±3.93) min, combined anesthesia group is (21.33 ± 3.67)min. There were 25 cases of vomiting in local anesthesia group and 11 in combined group. 169 cases got clinical cure and 9 received secondary operation in local anesthesia group,280 got clinical cure and 3 received secondary operation in combined group. Conclusions Local anesthesia with sedative and analgesic drugs was effective in strabismus surgery by reducing intraoperative pain and operating time,improving clinical cure rate.关键词
