23647例正常足月新生儿眼病筛查结果及分析
Analysis of the ocular disease screening in 23647 neonates
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the screening of normal full-term neonatal eye diseases, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of neonatal eye diseases. Methods 23647 normal full-term newborns were evaluated for mass screening of eye diseases 1 to 3 days after birth (including external ocular examination, reaction to light stimulation and test for pupil red reflex). They all underwent fundus examinations by using Ret-camIII. Those with abnormalities were subjected to diagnostic examination and those who need treatment were treat-ed in time. The results of eye screening were statistically analyzed. Results In the 23647 normal infants, there were 5582 abnormal findings, with a prevalence of 23.61%(5582/23647). Retinal hemorrhage cases were 3757 (15.89%),and other abnormal cases were 1825 (7.71%).Conclusion Normal full-term newborns may also have dif-ferent types of eye diseases,and neonatal screening is very necessary. By early screening,early detection and in-tervention of factors affecting normal development of visual function may reduce or avoid the development of low vi-sion and blindness in children.关键词
