单中心斜视手术的卫生经济学初步研究
Health economic evaluation of surgical treatment of strabismusin a single center
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the outcome of surgical treatment of strabismus in a single center, which may be helpful inimproving the treatment efficacy and adjusting health resources. Methods The clinical data of 2073 patients receiving surgery forstrabismuswere analyzed retrospectively. The age and gender ofpatients, and indi-cators of health economics related to health care reform (the hospital cost and length of stay)were compared. Results The ratio of male to female patients was 1:1.06. The average age was14 years old.The median hospitalcosts was￥4577.The average length of stay was 4.6 days. Conclusions Strabismus is still common in children, which need early detection and early treatment.Strabismus surgery is suitable for the management of intra-day-ward.Most of the strabismus disease should be included in the Medicare reimbursement directory.关键词
