尿酸转运蛋白相关基因多态性与原发性痛风遗传易感性关系的荟萃分析
Association of single nucleotide polymorphisms of uric acid transporter protein gene with risk of primary gout: a meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective To assess the association of uric acid transporter protein gene single nucleotide polymorphisms with the risk of primary gout.Methods Studies on uric acid transporter-related gene polymorphisms with primary gout were searched in PubMed,EMBASE,CNKI and China Wanfang literature databases.Information was extracted according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.REVMAN 5.3 software was applied to perform meta-analysis,sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis.Results Total 10,386 cases and 21,076 controls were included for the current meta-analyses.The results showed that SLC2A9 rs3733591 (OR=0.76,95%CI:0.66,0.89,P<0.05),SLC2A9 rs16890979 (OR=0.33,95%CI:0.18,0.58,P<0.05),SLC2A9 rs6855911(OR=0.66,95%CI:0.56,0.77,P<0.05),SLC2A9 rs13124007(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.17,1.91,P<0.05),SLC2A9 rs1014290 (OR=0.69,95%CI:0.53,0.89,P<0.05) and ABCG2 rs2231142(OR=2.13,95%CI:1.81,2.50,P<0.05) were significantly associated with the risk of primary gout.Conclusion Our results showed six genetic variants SLC2A9 rs3733591,rs16890979,rs6855911,rs13124007,rs1014290 and ABCG2 rs2231142 are significantly associated with primary gout.关键词
