双质体振动弛张筛动态特性分析
Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Double-mass Vibrating Flip-flow Screens

Abstract
On the basis of working principle of Binder flip-flow screens, the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the simplified model of the screens is conducted using Ansys Workbench. The motion curves of the moving beam and static beam are plotted. The essential screening theory of the flip-flow screens is introduced. The double-direction vibration mechanical model of the screens is built based on the kinematic differential equations and solved by means of Matlab/Simulink. The vibration amplitude of the flip-flow screen is obtained and compared with that of the finite element simulation. And the movement rules of the moving beam and static beam are verified. The kinematics simulation of a single particle on the screen surface is carried out to analyze the movement law of the material particles. Finally, the movement performance of the screen surface is studied and its kinematic parameters are obtained.关键词
