New control technology of gradual tension recoiling for strip finishing line
摘要
Abstract
This paper developed a new technology of gradual tension coiling.It is under the principle of no slipping between the strip steel and the drum,and the inner layers of steel coil.According to the actual value of friction,a real-time adjusted the tension value of recoiling was achieved,and the overflow of inner steel coil was solved.The on-line application showed the overflow accuracy of steel coil is less than 2 mm,which meets the production requirements.关键词
