Pre-clamping system of tension stretcher with protection buffer for broken belt
摘要
Abstract
The clamping structure of traditional stretcher is simple,which cannot clamp plate evenly,and can t protect jaw when happening broken belt.In the paper,the pre-clamping system contains synchro-clamping and second-clamping,and the system has the jaw with protection buffer for broken belt,which avoid destroy of broken belt impact to jaw effectively.This technique is applied successfully in 2000 t thin-plate stretcher in Xi nan Aluminum Co.,Ltd.Practical production indicated:this structure is reasonable and it can ensure the uniformity,reliability and stability of the clamping,and keep the stretcher product line running normally.关键词
