Abstract
In view of the lubrication cooling and cleaning effect of the trimming disc shear drop oil device is poor for the knife disk,some problems of the device were analyzed by using TRIZ theory.The switch ball valve,the regulating ball valve between sponge cloth and flow are innovative designed by using the Su-Field solving strategy,conflict theory and trimming method respectively,the automatic drop oil device of trimming disc shear is invented.The device has advantages of high degree automation,precisely drop oil control,good lubrication cooling and cleaning effect,and the waste of lubricating oil is avoid.关键词
