Rigidity and modal analysis of the transmission shaft for MW super high speed PM motor
摘要
Abstract
Direct-driven system of MW super high speed PM motor has increasing use in compressor,aerodynamics and other fields,which brings more and more vibration problems.Two key problems,rigidity and critical speeds are studied in this article.Energy method is presented to calculate the rigidity and equivalent diameter method is presented to calculate the first-order critical speed.Then the finite element method is used for rigidity and modal analysis of the shaft.The results show that the analytical method and the finite element analysis results are basically the same,which verified the correctness of the analytical method,and rigidity and critical speed of the shaft can meet the motor requirements.The research has a certain reference value for the vibration problems of MW super high speed PM motor.关键词
