摘要

Abstract

Steel tube profiling flying saw is a special equipment to saw cutting steel tube in the steel tube production process.At present,the sawing power is not enough in the sawing process of square tube and specialshaped pipe.Taking 300 mm × 300 mm steel pipe as an example,this paper calculates the cutting power by using ADAMS simulation analysis,the images of cutting power changes and the optimal solution are obtained,after optimization design,the power fluctuate lowered from 92.43% to 59.97%,and the efficiency is improved,which provides a guiding significance in flying saw cutting.
