摘要
Abstract
The treating process of steelmaking slag by using the setup of slag processing drum is of high efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection.The slag processing drum is a complicated dimensional structure,subjected to the thermal loading which is formed by thermal convection,radiation and conduction,and the thermal load induced structural wear and deformation is severer than that of mechanical load.By the use of the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method and measured temperature data,this paper calculates the accurate distribution of temperature field and thermal stress field.The numerical results could be useful for the operation and safety of slag drum,and also can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the structural strength assessment and optimization design.关键词
