摘要

Abstract

The main frame is an important part of the wind turbine,the ultimate and fatigue strength of the main frame in the wind turbine is essential.In the process of modeling calculation,it is found that the difference of bearing simulation mode has a great influence on the stress calculation of the main frame,and the difference is 5% to 15%.The influence of two different modeling methods on the calculation results of the main frame strength is analyzed.The results show that the use of coupling rod unit to simulate the bearing roller,the bearing roller can make the force situation tends to be uniform,and it is more realistic simulation of the roller surface force,so as to avoid the main frame simulation calculation results distortion.
