血清骨桥蛋白、乳腺小黏蛋白及环氧化酶-2对乳腺癌的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of serum osteopontin, small breast epithelial mucin and Cyclooxygenase-2 in patients with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate diagnostic value of serum osteopontin(OPN),small breast epithelial mucin(SBEM) and Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in patients with breast cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients with breast cancer were analyzed as the observation group,and the healthy women in our hospital were selected as the control group (n =122).Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the quantitative values of OPN,SBEM and COX-2 in two groups of serum.Results:The serum levels of OPN,SBEM and COX-2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The serum OPN,SBEM and COX-2 levels increased significantly with the increase of TMN staging,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of serum OPN,SBEM and COX-2 in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).When OPN was 71 ng/mL,the sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis was 92.45 ％,specificity was 84.43％,and the diagnostic value was significantly better than SBEM and COX-2.Conclusion:The expression of OPN,SBEM and COX-2 in the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients are closely related to the occurrence,development and malignant degree of breast cancer.OPN has the highest diagnostic value,and can be used as a new target for breast cancer diagnosis.关键词
