Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of progesterone receptor (PR),estrogen receptor (ER),proliferating cell nuclear antigen 67 (Ki-67) and epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (C-erbB-2) in endometrial carcinoma and correlation with pathology.Methods:The expression of PR,ER,Ki-67 and C-erbB-2 were detected in 77 patients with endometrial carcinoma.Results:Group Ⅲ ～ Ⅳ stage PR,ER positive rate were lower than Ⅰ with Ⅱ period (P ＜ 0.05),the positive rate of Ki-67 and C-erbB-2 in the stage Ⅲ ～Ⅳ and Ⅱwere higher than that inⅠperiod (P＜0.05).In this group,PR and ER of G3 type were lower than that of G1 (P＜ 0.05),and the positive rate of Ki-67 and C-erbB-2 were higher than that of G1 (P ＜ 0.05).Ki-67 positive rate of G2 type was higher than that of G1 type (P ＜ 0.05).In this group,the PR and ER positive rate of degree of invasion ≤ 1/2 were higher than that of degree of invasion ＞ 1/2,and the positive rate of Ki-67 was lower than that of degree of invasion ＞ 1/2 (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between degree of invasion ≤ 1/2 and ＞ 1/2 in the positive rate of C-erbB-2 (P ＞ 0.05).In this group,PR and ER positive rate with lymph node metastasis was lower than that without lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05),and Ki-67 positive rate was higher than that with no lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between lymph node metastasis and withoutlymph node metastatic C-erbB-2 positive rate (P ＞ 0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was positively correlated with the expression of C-erbB-2 (P ＜ 0.05) in the patients with intrauterine carcinoma.Conclusion:The malignancy of PR and ER positive,Ki-67 and C-erbB-2 negative endometrial carcinoma is relatively low,and the differentiation is better.The combination of four indicators for diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma has a certain guiding significance.关键词
