针刺联合Prokin平衡训练仪对脑卒中患者的平衡稳定性影响
The effect of acupuncture combined Prokin balance training instrument on equilibrium stability of the stroke patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Prokin balance training instrument on the static and dynamic balance disturbance of stroke patients.Methods:The 108 patients were divided into the combined treatment group and the regular training group.The regular training group was treated with routine rehabilitation exercises and the combined treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of training feedback of the balance training instrument.After 6 weeks,the evaluation data of static stability assessment and multi-axial proprioceptive feeling are calculated according to the Prokin balance trainer.The relative parameters of the pressure center and the stability index and the mean trajectory error are compared with the static stability of the two groups.Results:Static stability module shows:the combined treatment group before and after the pressure center of about standard deviation and standard deviation were significantly lower than conventional training group,and the average velocity was significantly lower than conventional training group (P ＜ 0.05),length and area were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05).Dynamic stability module shows:the lower extremities average trace error (ATE),test time execution (TTE) and stability index (SI) of combined treatment group were differences compared with the conventional training group,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The experiment proved that the static balance and dynamic balance of the patients after acupuncture treatment have a better recovery effect.关键词
