多功能电离子联合干扰素与咪喹莫特治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效分析
Analysis of multi-function electric ions combined interferon and imiquimod in treatment of peranal condyloma acuminatum

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of multi-function electric ions combined interferon and imiquimod in the peranal condyloma acuminatum.Methods:1 50 cases of primary peranal condyloma acuminatum patients diagnosed were collected,randomly be divided into 3 groups,interferon group (ions combined interferon),(imiquimod group),(ions combined imiquimod),(combination group),(ions combined interferon and imiquimod).Results:The total efficiency of the combination group was 98％,obviously higher than that of the interferon group (88％) or the imiquimod group (84％).Tthe recurrence rate of the combination group was 18％,lower than that of the interferon group (52％) or the imiquimod group (48％).The average recurrence time of the combination group was (74.3 ± 5.9) days,longer than that of the interferon group (26.7 ± 5.2) days or the imiquimod group (25.9 ± 7.1) days,there were statistically significant differences when compared the combination group with the imiquimod group or the interferon group (P ＜ 0.05),while there were no difference of the incidence of total adverse reactions among these groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of multi function electric ion combined with interferon and imiquimod in peranal condyloma acuminatum has good curative effect,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.关键词
