抗核抗体阴性系统性红斑狼疮患者实验室指标与临床症状研究
Analysis of laboratory tests and clinical feature of systemic lupus erythematosus patients with negative antinuclear antibody

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the laboratory tests and clinical features of the antinuclear antibody (ANA)-negative systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients.Methods:To summarize the 39324 cases of SLE patients in the West China Hospital of Sichuan University in recent five years,we selected ANA negative and ANA positive 200 respectively SLE patients groups and analysed the laboratory tests and clinical features of them.Results:Among the 39 324 cases,2.08％ were ANA negative SLE patients.The proportion of male and female patients in ANA negative SLE group was 1∶4.6,while in ANA positive SLE group male to female ratio was 1∶ 14.0,so the difference was significant(P ＜ 0.05).Lots of laboratory tests of hematology,hepatic function,renal function,electrolyte and immune function in ANA negative SLE patients had significant difference with the ANA positive ones(P ＜ 0.05),but the differences of the clinical features between two groups were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The proportion of male gender in ANA negative group is much higher than ANA positive group,the laboratory tests in ANA negative group are closer to the normal value than ANA positive group,and there were no characteristic symptoms observed in ANA negative SLE groups.The ANA negative SLE might represent an important intermediate between healthy people and typical ANA positive SLE cases.关键词
