摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the influence of early enteral nutrition with added probiotics on the serum inflammatory factors of elderly patients with sepsis.Methods:Clinical data of 122 patients with sepsis were divided into observe group (early enteral nutrition with added probiotics) and control group (early enteral nutrition) by random,each group had 61 cases.The levels of the inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the total effective rate in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of the inflammatory factorsin two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05).The levels of the inflammatory factors in observe group were obviously lower than those in control group after treatment (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group (93.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.4%)(x2 =7.543,P =0.006).Conclusion:The early enteral nutrition with added probiotics could significantly decrease the levels of inflammatory factors of the patients with sepsis,and its clinical effect is obvious,which is worthy promoting.
