Abstract
Objective:To investigate risk factors for pancreatic fistula after distal pancreatectomy using linear cutter closure.Methods:The clinical data of patients had distal pancreatectomy using stapler closure were analyzed retrospectively.The gender,age,diabetes,body mass index,preoperative albumin,pancreatic neck thickness,operation mode,operation time,blood loss,pancreas texture,pathological type were analyzed,the relationship between various indexes and postoperative pancreatic fistula was analyzed.Resuits:Single factor and multi factor analysis showed that pancreatic fistula was not related to gender,age,diabetes mellitus,body mass index,preoperative albumin,mode of operation,operation time,blood loss,pancreas texture,pathological type and so on,the differences were not statistically significant (P ＞0.05),however,it was related to the thickness of the pancreatic neck,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Pancreatic neck thickness is the risk factor for pancreatic fistula after distal pancreatectomy using linear cutter closure.关键词
