Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of losartan potassium in elderly patients with primary hypertension accompanied by hyperuricemia. Methods:Clinical data of 88 cases of patients with primary hypertension associated with hyperuricemia were analyzed.Patients were divided into the observation group (Losartan potassium,n =45) and the control group(Captopril,n =43) by therapeutic methods,to observe the antihypertensive effect after 6 months of treatment, and to contrast the change in the two groups of blood uric acid and inflammatory factors. Results:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased prominently in both groups after treatment (P < 0.05).In the treatment period, the cumulative incidence of gout in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (11.11% vs.27.91%,P =0.043).After treatment,The blood uric acid,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the observation group significantly reduced, and were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The level of blood uric acid in the observation group was significantly positively correlated with IL-6 (r =0.897,P < 0.01) and TNF-α (r =0.884,P < 0.01).Conclusion:In the treatment of primary hypertension associated with hyperuricemia,Losartan potassium showed a better clinical efficacy than Captopril.关键词
