Classification of gas accumulation types and main controlling factors of gas accumulation of the Xu-2 Member in Xinchang structural zone, western Sichuan Depression, China
摘要
Abstract
The types of gas accumulation in the second member of Xujiahe Formation (Xu-2) in Xinchang structural zone,western Sichuan Depression,are discussed so as to provide theoretical basis for the exploratory development of tight sand gas reservoirs.Based on the study of relation between source rocks and reservoir rocks,features of fluid,characters of natural gas migration and accumulation,features of well production performance,it is showed that the planar supply form fault link-up and the planar supply from direct contact of source and reservoir rocks are two main kinds of hydrocarbon supply for the gas accumulation of the Member 2 of Xujiahe Formation in the region.Accordingly,the gas accumulation in the Member 2 of Xujiahe Formation is divided into two types,the fault transporting type and the source and reservoir rock adjoining type,and they can be further divided into five subtypes.The area of late fault transportation and the area of direct contact of good source and reservoir rocks are the ideal combination of oil and gas accumulation,and they are also the favorable area for oil and gas distribution in the Member 2 of Xujiahe Formation.关键词
