活性炭物理参数对铅炭电池的影响
Effect of physical parameters of activated carbon on lead-carbon battery

Abstract
Activated carbons with different specific surface area and different pore size distribution were prepared by chemical activation method,then lead-carbon composite electrode and lead-carbon battery were prepared.The lead carbon battery,which contained activated carbon C4-5h,C5-5h and C6-5b (The specific surface area were 1 361.1 m2/g,1 638.5 m2/g,1 390.1 m2/g,among which C4-5h pore size distribution was concentrated,C5-5h and C6-5h pore size distribution was relatively dispersed.)completed 35 843 cycles,30 174 cycles and 25 500 cycles before the voltage reached the lower limit voltage respectively.After watching the electrode material by scanning electron microscopy,it was found that the accumulation of PbSO4 crystals could be inhibited by C4-5h.The problem of PbSO4 crystals arranged on the surface of the negative electrode plate closely could be solved by C5-5h and C6-5h.The cycle performance of lead-carbon batteries was enhanced by all three kinds of activated carbon.关键词
