摘要

Abstract

In recent years,many problems and shortcomings existed in zinc cylinder extrusion die for battery in the process of updating Zn/MnO2 battery from "low-mercury low-lead low-cadmium" to "mercury-free lead-free cadmium-free".To deal with it,theoretical analysis and experiments were done.The service life of stamping rod and piston plug were lifted to more than 160 thousand times and 300 thousand times through the improvement of die structure,die material,heat treatment,ion nitriding process and interference fit method.The problems of female die stripping were solved.
