Application of air-coupled ultrasonic technology in Li-ion battery defect detection
摘要
Abstract
The internal defects such as stomas and lithium precipitation in Li-ion battery could be detected by air-coupled ultrasonic testing system.The diameter of 3 mm stomas could be accurately detected,the relative error was lower than 6.5 %.The test results of lithium precipitation were reliable after physical verification.Li-ion discharge process monitoring could be achieved.关键词
