Selection Method of Multi-infeed DC Landing Locations by Using Reactive Power/Voltage Partition

Abstract
In a multi-infeed DC system,a reasonable arrangement of landing locations for DC lines is conducive to the safe and stable operation of the system.Based on the strong coupling features of reactive power and voltage,system nodes are clustered by using the sensitivity indexes of reactive power and voltage.In this way,each DC line can land in different sub-classes to relieve the voltage interaction of DC lines,and all landing schemes form a scheme set.Then, all landing schemes are evaluated comprehensively,and the results are compared with those obtained by using the tradi-tional method.At last,an IEEE 14-node system is taken as an example,and an optimal landing scheme with three in-feed DC lines is selected.The result shows that it is reasonable to perform a system partition by using the sensitivity in-dexes of reactive power and voltage.Compared with the traditional method,the proposed method can efficiently elimi-nate the non-competitive schemes after system partition,which reduces the computation scale and is helpful to engineer-ing applications.Moreover,the optimal schemes selected by two screening methods are consistent.关键词
