Self-adaptive Planning of Urban Core Distribution Network Based on Industry Load Forecasting Technology

Abstract
The applications for capacity by users are growing rapidly,however,the utilization rate of distribution sub-station is not high,so reducing the construction cost of distribution substation while increasing itsutilization rate is one important means to relieve the construction and operation pressure of urban distribution network.In this paper,the de-velopment and change of industry load is finely mined with practical coefficient and staged coefficient,and a self-adap-tive planning model for distribution network is proposed based on the industry load forecasting technology.The distribu-tion of load points is solved by using a distribution method based on the Voronoi diagram theory,which takes full ac-count of the characteristics of loads in different industries and different development stages.To minimize the total cost in the planning period,the stage-by-stage construction/investment style of distribution network are optimized self-adaptive-ly. In this way,the fund pressure of distribution substation construction is reduced while meeting the users'require-ments of power supply reliability,which improves the utilization rate of distribution substation and optimizes the re-source allocation of distribution network.Finally,the effectiveness of the established model is verified by an example.关键词
