Development of Unified European Electricity Market and Its Implications for China
摘要
Abstract
Currently a new round of electricity market reform is being deepened in China . Based on the energy and consumption distribution in China , it is a major tendency to establish a nationwide electricity market in China . Since the last decade , Europe has been striving to build a unified electricity market across the countries . The experience of European unified electricity market can provide inspirations for the Chinese electricity market design . Firstly , the background and structure of European unified electricity market are summarized , including market structure , products and congestion management methods . Secondly , the implications of European unified electricity market are analyzed . Finally , some suggestions are proposed for the future electricity market design in China .关键词
