Abstract
Through analyzing the limit of power generation resources optimization after the electricity market in a province developing to a certain stage and the contradiction between medium and long term electricity exchange and dispatch , the necessity of developing electricity spot market in the southern China region is proposed . By drawing on the design experience of foreign regional spot market , and considering the domestic a province as an entity" economic pattern , West to East" national strategy , the characteristics of two-level dispatching situation , and the characteristics of the electricity market design in each province , it is pointed that the regional spot market in the southern China region should choose a regional spot market mode with balanced partition . Southern regional spot market should start from incremental spot market , and gradually increase the proportion to the regional market integration development . Finally , market rules and supporting mechanism design , the suggestions for the development of the spot market in southern region of China are proposed for trading platform construction .关键词
