Abstract
The process of electricity market reform in Philippines is briefly introduced . The formation , trading mechanism , and market operation process of the Philippine electricity market are mainly introduced .Its operational experience of spot market by separating system operator ( SO) and market operator ( MO) are analyzed . Several features of the Philippine electricity market , such as whole energy bidding , net settlement , locational marginal price , planned co-optimization of energy market and reserve market , and two-settlement system are illustrated . Finally , some inspiration to China is given in the fields of market registration , trading organization , transaction execution , transaction settlement , information disclosure , and the construction of technical supporting system .关键词
