摘要

Abstract

The initiative of renewable power accommodation can be improved effectively by implementing the renewable portfolio standard ( RPS) in power demand side . With the opening-up of power demand side , it is necessary to carry out the research on RPS applied in the China s power demand side . For summarizing and comparing the existing RPS implemented in the power demand side in five countries or regions , six key indices are selected , i .e . the obligation subject , the operating mode , the cost digestion mode , the renewable power target form , the index decomposition principle and the incentive degree . Considering the actual situation in China , the feasibility of the RPS in demand side and its potential risks are analyzed and the development frame and suggestions for the RPS implemented in the power demand side are offered .
