磷酸根表面修饰对钨锆复合氧化物载铂催化剂的影响
Effects of PO43- Surface Modification on Platinum Catalysts Supported with Tungsten-Zirconium Mixed Oxides

Abstract
PO43- modified Pt/PO43--WO3-ZrO2 catalysts were prepared via impregnation. The physico-chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by NH3-temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2-physical adsorption-desorption (BET), H2 temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR), H2-pulse adsorption and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). Moreover, the hydrothermal stability of tungsten and zirconium mixed oxides was investigated with autoclave. The prepared catalyst was applied in glycerol hydrogenation to produce 1,3-propanediol in a fixed-bed continuous-flow reactor. The results show that certain PO43- contents can prevent the change of monoclinic zirconia to tetragonal zirconia under hydrothermal treatment, which can also increase hydrothermal stability of tungsten and zirconium mixed oxides. The surface area of 0.72 PO43--WO3-ZrO2 is 83 m2.g-1 before hydrothermal treatment, which becomes 86 m2.g-1 after hydrothermal treatment. The platinum metallicity on the catalyst is enhanced and the catalyst H2-adsorption is improved. The activity of Pt/PO43--WO3-ZrO2 is more stable than that of Pt/WO3-ZrO2.关键词
