基于AEEA的二元复合胺试剂吸收CO2降解性能研究
Study on the Degradation of AEEA Based Mixed Amines in CO2 Absorption

Abstract
Organic amide absorbents often show degradation in industrial operation. AEEA (2-(2-aminoethylamino) ethanol) composite reagents were used to study the degradation of amine absorbers using a glass stirred reactor for adsorption/desorption, which combined with a high pressure reactor to investigate oxidative degradation. DEA (diethanol amine), PZ (piperazine) and MDEA (N-methyldiethanolamine) were added into AEEA respectively (with weight ratio of 20:1, 20:3 and 20:5 for each chemical) to obtain nine binary complex solutions and the total chemical mass fraction were all 10%. Absorption loading, absorption rate, regeneration rate and regeneration percentage of the 9 solutions are compared and three optimal composite absorbents are found as 20:5 AEEA + PZ > 20:1 AEEA+DEA > 20:3 AEEA + MDEA. These three absorbents were tested for 6 times with continuous adsorption and desorption. The results show that the degradation of the three AEEA-based adsorbents and AEEA monoamine solutions are in an order of 20:1 AEEA+DEA > AEEA > 20:3 AEEA+MDEA > 20:5 AEEEA + PZ, which indicate that the combination of AEEA and DEA can promote amine degradation, while the combination of AEEA and PZ can inhibit amine degradation.关键词
