Effects of sevoflurane + propofol + remifentanil intravenous inhalational anesthesia on brain injury and oxidative stress response in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after craniot-omy

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of sevoflurane + propofol + remifentanil intravenous inhalational anesthesia on brain injury and oxidative stress response in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy. Methods:Patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received craniotomy in Chongzhou People's Hospital in Sichuan Province between July 2O14 and Feb-ruary 2O17 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,Sev group received sevoflurane + propofol + remifentanil an-esthesia,and control group received propofol + remifentanil anesthesia. The brain injury indexes and oxidative stress indexes in serum and peripheral blood were measured 12 hours and 24 hours after surgery. Results:12 hours and 24 hours after surger-y,serum Hep,NSE,S1OOβ,Asp,HA,MMP9,OPN,ICAM-1,Cor and MDA levels as well as peripheral blood Nrf-2 and TRX mRNA expression of Sev group were greatly lower than those of control group whereas serum SOD and T-AOC levels were greatly higher than those of control group. Conclusion:sevoflurane + propofol + remifentanil intravenous inhalational anesthesia can reduce the brain injury and oxidative stress in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy.关键词
