显微外路手术和传统外路手术治疗裂孔源性视网膜脱离的临床疗效及安全性分析
Analysis of Clinic Effect and Safety between External Microsurgery and Conventional External Surgery in Treat-ment of Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinic effects of external microsurgery and conventional external surgery in treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and to compare the safety. Methods A total of 98 patients with rhegmat-ogenous retinal detachment admitted from January to December 2016 were divided into control group (n=49) and obser-vation group (n=49). Control group was given conventional external surgery, while observation group was given external microsurgery. Clinic effect and incidence rate of complication rate were compared in two groups. Results In control group, no new holes were found during operation, and holes in 4 patients were missed after operation; in observation group, holes in 6 patients were found during operation, and hole in 1 patient was missed after operation;the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05). There were no significant differences in application condi-tions of surgical implants, incidence rate of postoperative complications, recovery of visual acuity and complete anatomi-cal reduction of retina between the two groups (P>0. 05). In observation group, operative time was significantly shorter, while excellent and good rate of condensation was significantly higher than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion External microsurgery in treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment can achieve better curative effect than that by traditional external operation, and it also has better security.关键词
