扶正消瘿汤辅助治疗对甲状腺癌术后患者血清甲状腺球蛋白和131 I、TSH抑制治疗毒副反应的影响
Effects of Fuzheng Xiaoying Decoction on Serum Thyroglobulin and Toxic Side Effect of 131 I + TSH Inhibition Treatment in Adjunctive Therapy of Patients with Thyroid Carcinoma after Operation

Abstract
Objective To observe effects of Fuzheng Xiaoying Decoction on serum thyroglobulin ( TG) and toxic side effect of 131 I + thyroid stimulating hormone ( TSH) inhibition treatment in adjuvant therapy of patients with thyroid carcinoma after operation. Methods A total of 84 thyroid carcinoma patients after operation admitted during April 2014 and June 2016 were divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42) according to therapeutic meth-ods. Control group was treated with 131 I + L-Thyroxine Sodium Tablets, while observation group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaoying Decoction on the basis of treatment for control group, and two groups were treated for 2 cycles. Clinical data of the selected patients was retrospectively analyzed, and comparative analysis was also performed for analyzing conditions of serum TG and toxic and side effect. Results After treatment, TG levels were significantly lower than those before treat-ment in two groups (P<0. 05), and the level in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0. 01);in observation group, the proportion of TG normal recovery was significantly higher, while the proportion of ab-normal TG was significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). After the second cycles of treatment, symptom scores of toxic side effect were significantly higher than those after the first cycle of treatment in two groups (P<0. 05), and the score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0. 05). In observation group, improved proportion of symptom scores of toxic side effect was significantly higher, while general and poor proportion was significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaoying Decoction in adjuvant thera-py of patients with thyroid carcinoma after operation may significantly reduce postoperative TG level and incidence rate of toxic side effect induced by postoperative 131 I + TSH inhibition treatments simultaneously, and improve clinical symptoms and safety.关键词
