Effects of adding perfume plants material and adding amount on aroma components and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco during bulk curing process

Abstract
To improve aroma quality of tobacco leaves,using the middle tobacco leaves of K 326 as the material,the effects of different adding material(fresh flowers,dry flowers,essential oil) and adding amount of rimson glory rose on aroma components and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco were stud-ied in the curing process. The results showed that different adding material and adding amount of rim-son glory rose were favorable to the accumulation of the neophytadiene content and the total amount of aroma components,and could improve the smoking quality. The effects of different adding material and adding amount on aroma components and smoking quality of tobacco leaves were different. Among them, the neophytadiene content and the total amount of aroma components of adding 0.001kg dry flower (T1),0.002 kg dry flower(T2),0.001 kg fresh flower(T4),0.002 kg fresh flower(T5),0.030 mL essential oil (T8),and 0.060 mL essential oil(T9) per kg fresh tobacco leaves were significantly high-er than the control,and the order from high to low was T1,T5,T4,T8,T2,T9. The smoking quality of adding 0.004 kg dry flower (T3) per kg fresh tobacco leaves was the best, secondly for adding 0.060 mL essential oil(T9),and the smoking quality of adding three fresh flowers was relatively worse.关键词
