膜下小苗移栽对烟草成熟期叶片超微结构及品质的影响
Effect of seedling transplant under plastic mulching on cell ultrastructure at maturity stage and quality of tobacco
摘要
Abstract
In order to promote the development and the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Dali of Yunnan,a comparison experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of seedling transplant under plastic mulching on the cell ultrastructure at maturity stage and the quality of tobacco after curing. The 19th physiological leaf was sampled, flaked,and observed, and the economic characters and neutral aroma components of tobacco leaves were analyzed. The results indicated that in the tobacco leaves with the technology of seedling transplant under plastic mulching,the content of lipoprotein with high electronic density,starch grain and osmiophilic granules in the vacuole and the vacuole membrane of palisade tissue cell increased and the chloroplast and nuclear were degraded slightly at maturity stage. The output value,the chemical compositions,the neutral aroma and the sensory quality were better.关键词
