摘要

Abstract

The hanging rod-type baking and tobacco clamp baking are currently two widely used meth-ods of tobacco loading mode. In order to study and compare the characteristics of the temperature dis-tribution in bulk curing barn during the curing process of the two methods of tobacco clamping, the contrast experiment of tobacco baking was carried out in the airflow decrease barns. The results shows, the highest temperature and the lowest temperature in the hanging rod-type barn have been higher than the corresponding extreme temperature in the clamping cage-type barn; the difference of the tempera-ture in bulk curing barn of the two methods of tobacco clamping was increased with the baking process, and the temperature distribution in hanging rod-type baking was more uniform except the change of the Yellow prophase;The distribution of high and low temperature loci in the two baking methods was basi-cally the same during the yellowing period, and a difference appeared in the fixation period and dry tendon period.
