摘要

Abstract

The fingerprints of volatile aroma components in tobacco products were systematic studied by GC-MS,in this paper,which was adopted for fingerprint.The corresponding quality control method of GC-MS for fingerprint chromatography was established.The similarity of fingerprints was evaluated by correlation coefficient method,angle cosine method,euclidean distance method,and modified nei co-efficient method,respectively to determine the reasonable range in fingerprint similarity of the flavor component in tobacco products. The reasonable range of flavor component could be used for quality evaluation of cigarettes and semi-finished tobacco products.The fingerprint of finished tobacco product could be applied to assess the quality stability of cigarettes.
