花生种子在不同发育时期油体的显微结构分析
Oil bodies microstructure observation of peanut seeds at different developmental stages

Abstract
To study the relationship between the oil content and the oil bodies content, the dynamic changes of different varieties of peanut seed oil bodies(Hua U 606 and Hua 17) at different develop-ment and postgermination stages were observed by using laser scanning confocal microscopy. The re-sults showed that the the oil bodies between the two varieties have almost the same change trend,with the only difference in the number and the size of the oil body. With the development of peanut seeds, oil bodies increased gradually and gradually concentrated in the central cell, arranged more closely. While in the post germination of the seed the number of oil bodies declined and the oil bodies arranged along the wall of the cotyledon cell in 30 DAG. Further study on the content of the oil bodies,showed that the content of the oil bodies increased in the seed development while in the seed postgermination the content of the oil bodies decreased.关键词
