Effects of 1-MCP on the changes of polyphenols and chlorogenic acid content in Huaniu apple
摘要
Abstract
The effects of 1-Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) on the contents of polyphenols and chloro-genic acid in different parts of the apples were studied in this paper. Huaniu apples were treated with 200,500,1 000 nL·L-1of 1-Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP)at room temperature and stored at 0~4℃ for 60 days. The changes of the contents of chlorogenic acid in flesh,skin and core of treated ap-ples in cold storage were measured. The results showed that 1 000 nL·L-1of 1-MCP could markedly inhibit the decreases of polyphenolsand chlorogenic acid content. But there was no significant differ-ence between treatments of 200 and 500 nL·L-1of 1-MCP. Nevertheless,the contents of polyphenol-sand chlorogenic acid in control group were reduced remarkably in the cold storage.关键词
